Shipping Cost: Shipping costs may vary based on the delivery location and the store's policies, such as the quantity of items purchased. To obtain precise shipping expenses, add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and input your mailing address. The shipping cost will be instantly updated and reflected in your final total.
Delivery Locations: We offer worldwide shipping.
Multiple Addresses: We do not accommodate shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders for items to be delivered to different addresses.
PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses: We accept shipping to PO Boxes but cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Package Tracking: Tracking information is available in your order or shipping confirmation sent to your email. For orders with multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking details.
Tracking Number Issues: Allow 3-5 business days for tracking numbers to appear. If issues persist after this period, contact customer support after 30 business days (domestic US) or 45 business days (international).
Missing Packages: If tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing, follow these steps:
- Check the delivery location.
- Refer to your Order Confirmation for tracking status.
- Use the tracking link on your Order Confirmation to identify the local shipping carrier.
- Contact the local shipping carrier.
- If the package remains unfound, contact customer service.
Express Shipping: Currently, only Standard Shipping is available.
Order Editing/Cancellation: Within 6 hours of placing your order, contact us via our Contact Form for possible changes.
Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee if the order qualifies for cancellation.
Promotion Codes: Cannot be applied to existing orders. Contact customer service for changes.
Using Promo Codes: Enter the valid code at checkout.
Multiple Promo Codes: Unless specified, only one promotional code can be applied per order.
Phone Orders: We do not offer phone assistance for orders.
Returns: Contact us within 14 days of order delivery for issues. No need to return items without prior approval.
Exchanges: No exchange option. Contact customer service within 14 days for assistance.
Refunds and Replacements: Processed within 7 business days of confirmation. Tracking number for replacements provided in 7-10 business days.
Unknown Charges: Refer to Order Confirmation. Check with family/friends. Contact your bank. Contact customer service for assistance.
Payment Issues: Contact your bank for declined payments. Try a different payment method. Contact customer support for further assistance.
Accepted Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Card Charges: Charged as soon as the order is successfully placed.
Suspicious Purchases: Contact customer support immediately for any suspected fraudulent activity.
